The initial phone call to Star Landscaping begins the process of determining your landscape maintenance needs. Once your general maintenance needs are established, we'll schedule an appointment for a property walk through with one of our landscape maintenance experts. We'll work with you to meet any challenge your property or schedule presents. We also send out customer satisfaction survey postcards at key points throughout the year. These surveys provide a quick, easy way to let us know how we're doing, to note any changes necessary to your service schedule, or to note a special job well done. - Renewal
Landscape maintenance contracts run on annual basis & are renewed every year base on your satisfaction. We are committed to ensure that your renewed maintenance contract will continue to completely meet your needs and our standards through extensive data analysis, checking all landscape services for maximum efficiency and fair pricing. A new landscaping maintenance proposal, tailored to meet your property's current requirements, will be sent to you weeks before the expiration date, allowing you time to call us with any questions or adjustments.
